How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

Because our products are shipped from multiple locations, we cannot state just one time frame. Each production partner makes a different type of product for us and each takes a different amount of time to create the item and ship it to you. The ready to ship items depart from different locations, which also makes it difficult to estimate when your order will arrive.

The products that take the longest to arrive are those that are made to order at our production partners overseas. If the product in question is being made for you at an overseas production partner, this will be shown in the product's listing. In those cases, estimated production and shipping is still less than 30 days.

Please contact us via email if you have not received your item within 30 days.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If an item is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We require that you submit a photo with your request. 

In cases of buyer remorse or wrong size, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping cost. We strongly suggest you check measurements before ordering.

How Can I Tell If My Item Is Made to Order or Ready to Ship?

On each product page, this information is provided in a section called "Status."

Can I Make Adjustments to the Pattern/Graphic of a Made to Order Item?

If you would like for us to make a change to the pattern or graphic such as the placement, scale, or color, please send us an email. Do not place your order until we agree upon the requested changes.

Is My Information Secure?

Your credit card information and email address never leaves us. We do not pass it along to any of our production or distribution partners. The only thing they get is your shipping address so they can send you the product when it is ready.

Why Do Some Products Say That They Do Not Have a Brand Label?

We partner with manufacturers to produce products for us. However, we are not yet a big enough business to afford to custom label all of these items. As we grow, we hope to add the labels.

Why Do You Dropship?

We do not have the space to keep inventory on all the different products that we sell, considering the wide range of styles, sizes, and color options that are offered. 

Dropshipping also allows us to curate the products that fit our store the best. Many wholesalers require minimum orders. By dropshipping, we don't have to place huge orders at hundreds of different suppliers just to get the products that we want to carry. We can cherry pick individual products to offer you from a wide range of distribution partners.

Why Do You Use Print-On-Demand?

Many of the same reasons apply. We also like print-on-demand because it allows us to offer a lot more variety than we could if we were keeping physical inventory. Also, print-on-demand is good for the environment because it reduces the waste and pollution from mass manufacturing products that may just end up in landfills. Only making what people actually want to buy, when they want to buy it, is eco-friendly.

Why Are So Many Print-On-Demand Items Made of Polyester or Polyester Blends?

Polyester is the best fabric to print on using either sublimation or direct-to-garment techniques. I don't know the science behind it, but it has been stated that the printing is more vibrant when it is printed onto polyester than when it is printed on other types of fabric.
